All orders, offers
and quotes incorporate the following terms and conditions
and are subject to the same.
ORDERS
Your order is processed after receipt
of order form and payment. An e-mail receipt is provided
for you. This acknowledgement represents the contract.
PRICE
Prices quoted are in GBP £ sterling.
PAYMENT
Payments for orders can be made by
cheque (made payable to M & J Wickens), postal order,
international money order (GB sterling only), or by PayPal
(credit card payments can be made only via PayPal - your
credit card details are encrypted before transmission).
DELIVERY
Delivery date to be advised on acceptance
of your order, confirmed by e-mail. We aim to deliver your
order within 3 days of cleared payment receipt. We cannot
accept liability for delay, in the event that nobody is
at the address to receive the order. Delivery is interpreted
as an attempted delivery.
It is your responsibility
to correctly enter the delivery address.
N.B. Where delivery
charges are applicable, delivery charges will apply per
item.
If your purchase
is not received within 7 days of payment, please contact
us in case of loss/delay through the postal service used.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We cannot accept liability for any
indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of
business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other
than death, or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to cancel
or delay your order, please contact us as soon as possible
and we will make best endeavours to make the necessary changes.
SECURITY
The WIKKED VIBES online Shopping Cart
uses a 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Secure Server for
payments via PayPal which means that all payment transactions
are completely safe and encrypted. SSL Secure socket layer,
encrypts all your personal information, including credit
card numbers, name and address. This process takes the characters
you enter and converts them into bits of code.

SHIPPING
Postage costs - prices shown
are all inclusive to UK only unless otherwise stated, for
delivery outside the UK we will quote on request.
EU & US Shipping
- Delivery times will vary. Delivered to all EU countries
and the US/Canada. Airmail Small Packages - Signed-For -
Delivery times will vary. This method is used for very small
packages, for example keyrings.
RETURNS
We believe that you will be
delighted with your product but there may be occasions where
you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep
the process as simple and as smooth as possible. Under the
European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled
to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return
your order in its original condition AND packaging to: WIKKED
VIBES, 23 DAVENPORT, CHURCH LANGLEY, HARLOW, ESSEX , CM17
9TF, UNITED KINGDOM within 7 days of the date on which you
received it. You will be responsible for the item or items
until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest
you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature
upon delivery. If this method is not used we are not held
responsible for any loss due to the postal service as a
tracking number must always be provided as proof of postage.
If you return the
product in its original condition and packaging, we will
refund you any money which you have paid us for that product.
All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
